Troubleshooting Tips
If you’re facing issues unlocking, here are 3 things you can do:
- Double-check your unique code. All unique codes in our books are case sensitive and your code needs to match exactly as it is shown in STEP 5.
- If that doesn’t work, use the “Report Issue” button located at the top-right corner of the page.
- If you’re not able to open the unlock page at all, write to [email protected] and mention the name of the book.

Cybersecurity is top of mind for most organizations today. Organizations need the right security solutions to protect their assets across vast attack surfaces—including endpoints, messaging, and applications.
Microsoft 365 Defender is an extended detection and response solution (XDR) suite that not only addresses these attack surfaces but also uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help stop attacks and remediate affected resources. While we discuss these services, we will also point out the most common types of threats against a given environment. Additionally, the Microsoft 365 Defender portal provides a Secure Score, a measurement of how an organization is doing from a security perspective. It will be beneficial to understand some of these cybersecurity threats to get the full picture of the value of each product.
